The team at L2C will search out specific properties that most closely match the housing and location criteria that we discovered at report stage. Because we are aware of your finely tuned requirements there will be only a small number of properties coming on to the market at any one time that fit. We will discover them for you, arrange viewings and assist you in the finer points of the purchase. For this service there will be a £750 retainment fee (RF) payable, which will guarantee our property search services for 6 months. Where L2C find your perfect house and a successful purchase follows, there will be % fee payable. This amount will be negotiable based upon the level of relocation service that you require and the value of the property we find for you. Such an amount will be minus the retainment fee.
